There are many places to eat in Jomtien. That said, the range of food on offer isnt quite as diverse or delectable as in Pattaya Beach. No-frills expatriate run restaurants and bars serving European and Thai cuisine abound. Swiss, British, German, Dutch, Indian, Chinese and Russian its all here. Along the busy northern seafront parade are lots of seafood restaurants. And every hotel has a restaurant or two catering to its guests and visitors.
Ironically some of the best food is to be had on the beach. Laze beneath a deck chair and umbrella while your vendor whisks Thai snacks straight to your plastic table. 'Tom yum talay'soup, 'pad Thai', spicy seafood salads and more. It's invariably cheap, usually delicious and you can enjoy uninterrupted sea views while eating!
