Property Preview Program (“PPP”) Notice
This “Property Preview Program” (“PPP”) is a 30days minimum stay program and partially sponsored by Raimon Land Public Company Ltd. (“RL”).  It is designed with the purpose of introducing RL’s exclusive residences to potential clients that express an interest in purchasing RL’s properties.  The PPP participants acknowledge and agree to be contacted by the onsite sale staffs of RL for sale presentations of RL’s properties during the stay.

The PPP is a one offer per family or household, is not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit in part or full. Airfares, meals and incidentals such as phone calls and gratuities are not included and are the responsibilities of the PPP participants.

All of the PPP participants agree to hold RL harmless in respect of any and all matters relating to the use and enjoyment of or the entitlement to this PPP including, but not limited to, uncontrollable events such as bad weather, illness, and death or injury, and agree to unconditionally and irrevocably waive all rights to make any claim or demand for any remedies including compensation or damages.

Damage to Property Deposit: the PPP participants shall tender THB25,000 CASH upon check-in. This deposit will not incur any interest and will be refunded upon checkout after the time of handing over the key cards to the reception subject to the deduction of arrears, if any, against rent, telephone and charges for extra person if accommodated, reasonable cost of repair / replacement of furniture, fitting and fixtures if lost or damaged by the PPP participants during the period of stay.
