See the majestic animals up close at the Elephant Village. Delight in a wide range of shows and demonstrations like elephant training techniques, bathing, traditional roundup methods and the highlight, the 'Glong Sabad Chai' (drums ceremony) with a war elephant. At the end of the show, visitors are welcome to take a short ride on the back of an elephant.

13:30 - 17:15 		This tour gives you the opportunity to see these magnificent creatures in action. Though now, the elephants of Thailand are only used as immensely powerful beasts of burden once they were also a vital part of the King's army. Today there are approximately 13,000 working elephants in the country. The “Kraal” is not far from your hotel. Once there, a detailed commentary is given and you will attend the demonstrations on how to capture, tame and train wild elephants.
